Why Lease From Eadeh?

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! If you agree that location is the most important criterion when selecting a building, you’ve found your way to the right place! Eadeh Enterprises properties are concentrated along the Main Line’s desirable Rt. 30 corridor and other hot locations in key surrounding counties and communities. And if Location is Number One, then an experienced, capable and respected property management team might well be the second most important consideration. With more than 1,000,000 square feet of space in more than 90 buildings, Eadeh Enterprises has the experience, the expertise and the wherewithal to provide you with not only the right space but also the support that your business needs to thrive.
To enhance your success and ours, our goal is to maintain and nurture the cooperative environment we’ve created between our staff and our tenants. Toward that goal, we maintain 24/7 emergency and message access so you can expect a personal and prompt response to every inquiry.
Because we own the buildings we manage, we have a vested interest in your success and happiness in our properties. We go to great lengths to understand your business so we can brainstorm every option and make intelligent, effective suggestions based on how your needs relate to our currently available properties and also to those properties in our portfolio that may become available in the future. When possible, we purchase surrounding properties to expand parking for the use of our tenants and their customers.

In the early 70’s Ernest Eadeh entered the commercial carpeting arena and within a few years had developed one of the area’s largest commercial and retail flooring operations in the Philadelphia region with 20 union and non-union crews. Contracts during that time included the Philadelphia International Airport and the Prudential Headquarters.

Giving Back

Ernest Eadeh worked annually with Valley Forge National Park (VFNP) and its superintendent and historic architect in planning and orchestrating the historic restoration of buildings with volunteers from Rotary Clubs, Prudential Preferred Real Estate Volunteer Days, and Penn State Alumni Groups.
With the VFNP contacts, he helped determine which buildings were to be slated for restoration, often donating his own employees’ time to prepare the buildings and cooperating with various volunteer groups to paint and finish the projects. He was instrumental in developing a volunteer supply fund for the park to which local banks and businesses can donate supplies and money to help with the restoration efforts.
He was an avid supporter of Pennsylvania Home of the Sparrow, a non-profit organization that provides housing for abused women and their children, and helps them to become self-supporting. He consulted with them on projects, worked on renovation projects for their group homes and supported many fundraisers.

Ernest was active with both Wayne and Key West Rotary Clubs since the 70’s, attending meetings and actively participating in numerous community projects through these Clubs.
Each year in December, Ernest would become one of Santa’s Elves as he worked with David and Karen Horan as Santa and his Helpers for Gomez All-Age School in Great Harbor, Bahamas. This group purchases gifts for each child in the school, collects and donates computers and equipment for the school’s use and flies all these items with Santa to the school. A photograph is taken of each student with Santa, and each child receives a gift.
